QPEC completed the constructions for numerous chlorine and caustic soda plants in Qilu Petrochemical Co., Cangzhou Petrochemical Co. and Inner Mongolia Chlorine and Caustic soda Co. The VCM Plant, PVC Plant and Caustic soda Plant in Qilu Petrochemical Co for which we are appointed as supervision contracted were awarded Luban Prizes of China Architecture Projects. The PVC Plant of Cangzhou Petrochemical Co., supervised by QPEC, was awarded Civilization Model of Hebei Province. The ion membrane caustic soda plant supervised by QPEC was awarded the prize of premium-quality chemical works in China.

We completed the engineering design and construction of the 234,000T/Y VCM Plant and 230,000T/Y PVC Plant of Qilu Petrochemical Co. in 2000. The commissioning for Chlorine and Caustic soda Plant of Wuhai, Inner Mongolia, supervised by us was successful made in June, 2004. The 400,000T/Y VCM Plant designed and contracted by us as well as the 400,000T/Y PVC Plant and 200,000T/Y Ionic Membrane Caustic soda Plant of Qilu Petrochemical Co supervised by us were put into operation in Oct. 2004, which rendered a processing capacity of 630,000T/Y of chlorine and caustic soda for Qilu Petrochemical Co., and Qilu Petrochemical Co. becomes the biggest production base for chlorine and caustic soda in China. The Hebei Jinniu Ion Membrane Caustic Soda Plant being supervised by us will be put into operation in Aug 2009.
