QPEC has a set of technologies of butadiene extraction plant, with rich experience in engineering design and construction management. We took the lead in completing nationalized engineering design for butadiene extraction plant with DMF, which has the characteristics of easy operation, long operation cycle, high yields of products and by-products, thoroughness in recovery and utilization of heat and low energy consumptions.
16,000T/Y Plant of Butadiene Production through Oxidization and Dehydrogenation with B-02 Catalyst, developed by us, was awarded 2nd Class Progressive Prize of Science and Technology and Achievement Prize of Science and Technology. 27,000T/Y Plant of Butadiene Production through Oxidization and Dehydrogenation, developed by QPEC, was awarded Progressive Prize of Science and Technology by SINOPEC, the 53,000T/Y Extraction Plant with DMF was awarded Excellent Prize for Designed Project by SINOPEC, the 56,000T/Y Butadiene Plant contracted by QPEC was awarded Luban Prize of China Architecture Projects and Maoming 50,000T/Y Butadiene Plant supervised by QPEC was awarded Luban Prize by Chemistry Ministry. Qilu revamped Butadiene Plant with acetonitrile method engineered by QPEC was started up successful once through in Oct. 2004 and won the Outstanding Engineering Design Award, Shandong Province.
