QPEC is in possession of numerous qualification certificates including those for 1st Grade chemical & pharmaceutical industry design, 1st Grade oil & natural gas (storage depot) design, 1st Grade architecture design and corresponding project EPC contracting, of certificates for Class 3 pressure vessels （A1,A2 and A3 )design, pressure vessel analysis and design （SAD）, for Class GB,GC and GD pressure pipeline design, and of qualifications covering those for 1st Grade project construction supervision, 1st Grade project consultation, 1st Grade project cost consultation, 1st Grade engineering exploration and survey etc.
